UP defeats UE, 69-61

With the 0-14 season behind them, the UP Fighting Maroons started the UAAP Season 74 with a win against the UE Red Warriors and ending an 18-game losing streak dating back from UAAP Season 72. Returning Point Guard Mike Gamboa led the Maroons with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists as new head coach Ricky Dandan won in his UAAP coaching debut. Continue reading
