Rookie Mike Silungan scored 35 points to help the UP Fighting Maroons win over Emilio Aguinaldo College, 78-75 and won their second straight game after losing their opening game in the 2010 FilOil Flying V Preseason Tournament.

Hi, I am a member of UPIS Batch 1981 and a graduate of B.A. Communication (Broad Comm), Class of 1985, UP College of Communication.
Even before we enrolled sa UPIS, we have always been a UP Maroons fan because our mother is a UP alumna herself.
I am therefore a UP basketball lifer. I’ve been reading this thread for a while.
Are we for real this season? This Mike Silungan seems to be very good. I hope he, and Joshua Saret will make the U.P. Fighting Maroons better.

Anyhoo, dynaMIKE silungan has been with UP since 2008 but he had to do his residency hence he’ll only be playing this season. Boss Mike, just correct any misinfo, ok?
This Fil Oil Flying V tourney is a preseason thing before the UAAP season and as much as we want to say that we might have a chance this Season 73, it’s really too soon to tell but at least there’s hope and the reality that we have a very talented team who hopefully will play passionately for UP.
